The Better Tax Company
Hello there,
So we tried not building tax software and, clearly, that didn't last.
Let's rewind to 2012, when we set a new standard for DIY tax filing in Canada with the first simple, pay what you want, tax software. It was friendly, fast, and even kind of fun.
That product was eventually acquired by another Canadian company with similar values, and we thought our tax software building days were behind us.
But we couldn't stop thinking about all the things we'd change if we had the chance to start fresh. Or what might be possible if we dreamed a bit bigger.
So, here we are. Building a better tax company—because you deserve better.
