How to File?

There are 3 easy methods which can be used to file your taxes: 

  1. Email  
  2. Fax
  3. Scheduled Appointment

E-Mail

  • Complete the following Questionnaire (This information is necessary for producing your income tax return).
  • Clearly scan all 2009 tax forms.
  • Email the completed Questionnaire and scanned tax forms to taxfiling@bettertax.ca.
  • Payment for this tax service will be required after the taxes are prepared.
  • The procedure for finalizing your tax file is as follows:
    1. Better Tax will send you the tax results by email (PDF format).
    2. This will be accompanied with an eFile authorization form and an electronic invoice for payment. 
    3. It is mandatory for you to sign and return the eFile authorization form. 
  • Online payment accepted through PAYPAL* or Interac money transfer.  Instructions on how to make payments will be explained with the electronic invoice.
  • When we receive the signed Authorization form & payment, only then will your tax return will be electronically filed with Revenue Canada.

 

FAX

  • Complete the following Questionnaire (This information is necessary for producing your income tax return).
  • Gather all 2009 tax forms.
  • Fax the completed Questionnaire and tax forms to 1-888-214-4764
  • Payment for this tax service will be required after the forms have been reviewed and completed by Better Tax.
  • The procedure for finalizing your tax file is as follows:
    1. Better Tax will send you the tax results by email (PDF format).
    2. This will be accompanied with an eFile authorization form and an electronic invoice for payment. 
    3. It is mandatory for you to sign and return the eFile authorization form. 
  • Online payment accepted through PAYPAL* or Interac money transfer.  Instructions on how to make payments will be explained with the electronic invoice.
  • When we receive the signed Authorization form & payment, only then will your tax return will be electronically filed with Revenue Canada.

*PAYPAL – Even if you do not yet have a PayPal account, you still can make a payment using this service. PayPal is a secure way to pay online using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or a bank account.
