Limitations

Better Tax supports most tax situations, including those with business income or rental properties.

Better Tax isn't a good fit if you:

• are resident of Quebec and need to file a TP-1 provincial return,
• are a non-resident of Canada or emigrant,
• need to file a return for an individual who died,
• went bankrupt,
• have an interest in a foreign affiliate and need to file Form T1134,
• pay tax in multiple jurisdictions and need to file Form T2203,
• participate in AgriStability or AgriInvest farming programs, or
• are subject to a NETFILE restriction (e.g., you have more than 22 children—god help you).

If none of these situations apply to you, you're good to go.
