The CRA issues a confirmation code when it receives your return. We display this confirmation code in the File section and send it to you by email.

After you file your return with Better Tax, you can see your CRA confirmation code in the File section. You should also receive an email with the confirmation code (this email is sent to the email address associated with your Better Tax account).

If you can't find your confirmation code it likely means you have not yet filed your return. You may have an error in the Review or File section that you need to clear before filing.
