Most people can expect these variables to be blank.

The "variables" are defined in the Income Tax Act and the CRA has unpublished their interpretations. At a high level:

• Variable "B" is related to prior year contributions that you made after you made a first qualifying withdrawal, and
• Variables "H" and "F" related to transfers from your RRSP.
