If you are blocked by an error on the Review page, follow the instructions in that error message (usually there's a button that will lead you directly to the problem).

If your return was rejected by the CRA there is always a short explanation provided by the CRA and there is often a more detailed helper provided by us. You'll need to follow those instructions to file your return. Please only contact us about the error if you have followed all the steps.

Sometimes the CRA's servers are offline (a communication error). Often this means you'll need to come back later and try again. If there is a serious outage we will add a warning bar to Better Tax to keep you informed.
