Better Tax is a NETFILE certified product. If you plan to file clients' returns electronically as a professional preparer, use a product built for the CRA's EFILE service.

Helping a family member or friend is different. The CRA's NETFILE rules allow you to file up to 20 returns per computer or CRA account for each tax year provided you are set up as their Rep through Represent A client. If you aren't their rep, you can help them but they will need to press the "File" button.
